Delta Lambda Foundation

Delta Lambda Foundation’s mission: to enhance the quality of life for Baltimore area communities through community service and outreach. More specifically, we seek to educate community members on a variety of issues, and to generate and distribute charitable contributions to support educational attainment and academic excellence for and among area youth through a myriad of programs and activities.

The Foundation’s objectives: to give financial assistance to organizations and programs that help prepare youth for greater usefulness in the causes of humanity, freedom, and dignity of the individual; to encourage the highest and noblest form of manhood; ad, to aid downtrodden humanity in achieving social, economic, and intellectual status.

The Delta Lambda Foundation was officially established in 1998. With the Foundation fully operative, grants and other funding sources requiring 501 (c) 3 status may be pursued. Moreover, individuals may now make tax deductible contributions to the Foundation. The express goal of the Foundation is to aid and assist the Delta Lambda Chapter fulfill its mission of community service.
