Potential candidates should be advised that all communication regarding the Initial Membership Development Process MUST be coordinated through the corporate office and the appropriate district official (i.e., the District Director or Chief Dean).

Completed applications should ONLY be forwarded to the District Director having authority over the chapter. Do not forward completed applications to the Corporate Headquarters or any other member of the fraternity. Your application for membership will not be considered complete unless all requirements have been included.

A completed application must include:

• The Original Application
• Official College Transcripts
• Photocopy of College Degree (alumni only)
• A letter of Sponsorship from a member of the chapter
• A letter of Recommendation from a member of the chapter
• Proof of Voter Registration
• Membership Essay
• Current Photo (Passport Size)
• Resume/Biography
• Membership Fees
